Our practice specialises in eye surgery and has its own operating theatre.
This means you get an appointment quickly – for cataract surgery as well as for treating macular diseases with eye injections. The injection is often possible on the same day as the examination.
Besides general ophthalmology, we offer modern diagnostic methods that go beyond routine checks. This lets us detect diseases early and treat them successfully. Our many years of experience stand for reliability and safety.

Surgical treatment
Cataract
Cataracts mainly affect older people. The lens of the eye becomes cloudy, and vision looks as if seen through a veil or fog.
In the long run, only surgery helps. The cloudy lens is replaced with an artificial lens – as an outpatient procedure in our own operating theatre.
Targeted treatment
IVOM therapy – eye injections
Conditions such as macular degeneration impair vision: whatever you look at directly appears blurred or distorted, and reading becomes harder and harder. The risk increases with age.
In IVOM therapy, a medicine is injected directly into the eye. We perform it with state-of-the-art technology.
